How To Repair Instrument Cluster Circuit Board

Over the years of automotive electrical repairs I have learned some very helpful tricks that I like to share. This 1 is a common circuit board trouble that you tin expand beyond but repairing musical instrument clusters. I accept used this method to repair Volvo ABS computers and other excursion lath failures. The pictures below will show examples of what to expect for in circuit board repairs. 1996 Dodge Neon Instrument Cluster Failure

This specific repair was due to an intermittent failing musical instrument cluster in a 1996 Dodge Neon. The speedometer, fuel and engine temperature gauges will drop to nix and illumination lights go off. Basically the instrument cluster goes expressionless. You lot can reenact the problem past striking the nuance or get information technology to come back on the same way.
